摘 要:由于历史的原因,很多大型矿床被人为分割为多个采矿权或探矿权,严重影响大型矿山实现绿色、环保、规模及经济开发。甲玛铜多金属矿的实例表明,以政府主导、企业跟进,环保优先、安全优先,勘探计划周密、向国际一流的勘查模式学习是矿权整合取得成功的关键所在。同时矿权整合对认识和技术的整合和提高,进而对科技成果迅速转化为巨大的经济推动力,具有十分重大的现实意义。For historical reasons, many large deposits have been artificially separated into more mineral mining and exploration rights, which has seriously prevented large mines from realizing green production, environmental protection, scale, and economic development. The case of Jiama copper polymetallic deposits shows that the key to the success of integration of mineral rights relies on such factors as governmental leading, enterprises; follow-up, environment protection, safety priority, well-planned exploration, and learning from the international first-class exploration model. At the same time, it is of great practical significance for the integration of mineral rights to integrate and improve knowledge and technology and transform scientific and technological achievements rapidly into huge economic force.
