摘  要:本文首先指出商业银行声誉风险是一种常态风险和演进的风险,声誉风险管理已成为现代商业银行的核心竞争力;然后直面现实,分析阐述了当前我国商业银行声誉风险管理面临着银行自身、监管评估机构和社会公众三个方面的严峻挑战;最后,从实行专业化的风险管理、加强声誉文化建设、健全预警机制和监测流程、完善应急处置和后评价机制、抓住落实管理的基本点等方面提出了加强和完善我国商业银行声誉风险管理的对策思路。Firstly, this paper points out that reputation risk of commercial banks is a kind of normal and evolving risk. Reputation risk management has become the core competitiveness of modern commercial banks. Based on reality, this paper analyzes the three serious challenges that currently China's commercial bank reputation risk management has to face: from banks themselves, regulatory institutions and the public. At last, from the perspectives of adopting a professional risk management, strengthening the reputation culture construction, improving the early warning mechanism and monitoring process, perfecting the emergency response and post-assessment mechanism, implementing the essential points of management and some other similar aspects, this paper proposes some countermeasures to strengthen and perfect reputation risk management of China's commercial banks.
