摘　　要：本文对中国三十多年金融改革与发展的成就和不足进行了较为全面的分析和总结,对进一步深化金融改革的目标、原则、重点和路径进行了初步讨论和展望,并从加强宏观审慎管理制度建设、推进民间融资阳光化和规范化进程、建立完善的优胜劣汰机制等方面提出了深化中国金融改革的政策建议。This paper makes a relatively comprehensive analysis and summary of achievements and drawbacks of the China＇s financial reform and developments during the last 30 years. Furthermore, it preliminarily makes some discussion and prospect of the objectives, principles, emphases and paths to further deepen the financial reform. In addition, this paper puts forward suggestions to promote China＇s financial reform from the aspects of strengthening the institutional construction of macro prudent management, carrying forward the transparency and normalizatien process of civil financing, and establishing thorough mechanisms of the survival of the fittest.
