摘　　要：随着多媒体技术的发展,数字视频流版权的保护问题已经成为当前迫切需要解决的问题。文中阐述了一种采用透明加密技术与数字水印技术相结合的视频版权保护系统,可以实现视频信息泄漏的事前预防和事后追踪。所采用的基于DCT域的视频水印处理方法,显著地提高了水印的鲁棒性,有效地解决了视频的权限管理和版权保护问题。With the rapid development of multimedia technologies, the protection of digital video streaming copyrights has becomes exceedingly important. In this paper, a video copyrights protection system in combination of transparent encryption technique and watermarking technique is proposed and described, and this system could provide before-event prevention and after-event tracking of the video leakage. The video watermarking based on DCT domain could significantly raise the robustness of watermarking, and effectively solve the problems of video rights management and copyrights protection.
