摘　　要：介绍高层建筑转换层厚板内力分析和配筋设计程序TBPL的编制原理、程序功能及特点。通过工程实例的应用表明 ,该程序计算结果合理 ,完全可以满足转换层厚板内力分析计算的要求 。This paper presents the establishment principle, function and characters of TBPL program, which is for the internal force analysis and the reinforcement design for the thick slabs of transfer storey on tall buildings. The practical engineering cases show the computation results are reasonable and engineering requirements are met. [
