慢性肾功能衰竭患者微炎症状态与营养不良的相关性

摘　　要：目的观察慢性肾功能衰竭患者微炎症状态与营养指标的关系。方法选择慢性肾功能衰竭患者63例,以血清白蛋白35g/L为界,分为血清白蛋白正常组(A组)及血清白蛋白降低组(B组),检测超敏C反应蛋白及血清白蛋白等指标。结果 A组和B组QSGA值分别为12.56±4.93,15.43±3.82;hs-CRP分别为11.88±3.04,15.89±3.85,两组间营养指标及血超敏C反应蛋白比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);血清白蛋白及血红蛋白与血清超敏C反应蛋白存在负性相关关系(P<0.01)。结论慢性肾功能衰竭患者中微炎症状态加重营养不良,同时又受营养不良的影响。Objective To observe the relationship between microinflammation state and nutritional indices in chronic renal failure patients.Methods The 63 chronic renal failure patients were divided into normal group（group A）,lower group（group B）according to the cut-off value of the serum albumin 35g/L.The levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein and serum albumin were detected.Results In group A and B,QSGA were 12.56±4.93 and 15.43±3.82;hs-CRP were 11.88±3.04 and 15.89±3.85,the nutritional indices and high sensitivity C-reactive protein between groups showed significant differences（P0.01）;the levels of serum albumin and hemoglobin were negatively correlated with the levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein（P0.01）.Conclusions The icroinflammation state in chronic renal failure patients can aggravate malnutrition,and microinflammation state can be influenced by malnutrition.
