蒸汽驱用碱木素高温冻胶的研制

摘　　要：碱木素冻胶是一种高温条件下可在地层形成强度较大、耐冲刷性较好和热稳定性强的高温堵剂,可以明显控制蒸汽窜流,调整注汽剖面,提高汽驱采收率。通过正交试验得到碱木素冻胶的最优配方,即w(碱木素)=10%,w(酚醛树脂)=4%,pH值为10。对最佳配方配制的碱木素冻胶性能进行了静态和动态评价,实验结果表明,碱木素冻胶成胶时间在1.5～7.0 h内可调,冻胶强度为0.092 MPa,抗盐性能好,热稳定性强,岩心封堵率和蒸汽突破压力高,耐冲刷性好,选择性封堵能力强。制备的碱木素冻胶均能满足油田对高温堵剂的要求,是一种良好的蒸汽驱用高温堵剂,具有广阔的应用前景。Alkali lignin gel is a kind of high good washing resistance, and thermal stability -temperature plugging agent which has high gel It can control the steam flow, adjust the steam strength injection profile, and improve the steam flooding recovery efficiency. The optimal formula of alkali lignin gel as the evaluation index of gel strength was obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows： w（ alkali lignin） = 10%, w（phenolic resin） =4%, pH value 10. The static and dynamic evaluation experiments of the performances of the alkali lignin gel prepared by the optimal formula showed that the gelling time was adjustable in 1.5 -7.0 hours, the gel strength was 0. 092 MPa, the gel had good salt resistance, thermal stability, washing resistance, and selective plugging. And it had high breakthrough pressure and shut off capacity. So the alkali lignin gel can meet the requirements for high -temperature plugging agent in oilfield, and it is a good high - temperature plugging agent for steam flooding and has broad prospects.
