摘　　要：由于地处边疆,居住分散、交通不便、信息传播手段落后于其他地区,由于认识不明确,措施不力,西部少数民族文献资源开发利用不尽人意。切实做好这一工作,一要建立两部少数民族文献资源共享体系,二要组织事业人员,建立专门机构;三要建立有特色的文献数据库。Development and utilization of minority literature in the west is not satisfactory, the reason is that located in the borderland, scattered, inaccessible, means of information dissemination backward, understanding ambiguous, inadequate measures. In order to do well in this work, we should establish western minority document resource sharing system, organization professionals, set up specialized agencies and build up literature database with characteristics.
