摘　　要：通过对我院肾内科患者1例选用抗菌药物的药学服务,介绍临床药师从药物选择、用法用量、不良反应等多方面进行分析,保障患者用药安全、有效、经济,以期为临床药师参与抗菌药物治疗提供参考。Through pharmaceutical care on antimicrobial drug use for one case of nephrotic patient in our hospital, we introduced clinical pharmacists＇ responsibilities from drug selection, usage, dosage, adverse reactions, and other aspects, to provide a reference for the guarantee of the safety, efficacy, and reasonable price on antimicrobial medication.
