摘　　要：卫生资源的合理配置能够为中原经济区建设提供和谐的社会环境。通过泰尔指数法对河南省城市卫生资源配置均衡性进行分析,并得出医疗机构和床位数配置非均衡程度大,卫生机构人员数和医疗卫生财政支出均衡程度较高,各经济区域间卫生资源配置不均衡性凸显等结果。基于上述结果提出促进卫生资源合理配置的相关对策。Rational allocation of health resources can provide a harmonious social environment for the construction of the central economic zone. This article makes an analysis for the balanced allocation of city health resources in Henan province by the Theil index. The result is that the configuration of medical institutions and the number of beds vary considerably, the equilibrium extent is high between the number of health institutions staff and health care financial expenditure, and the unbalanced nature of the allocation of health resources is apparent among different economic regions. Finally, it provides effective measures to promote the rational allocation of health resources.
