自信与人际困扰的关系:清晰度的中介效应

摘　　要：为探讨自信与人际困扰的关系,以及自信清晰度对此的中介效应,采用总体自信问卷、自信清晰度问卷和大学生人际关系综合诊断量表,对315名在校大学生进行测查,结果显示:自信、自信清晰度与人际困扰之间存在着负相关,自信清晰度在自信与人际困扰之间中介效应显著.结论:自信有助于个体减少其人际困扰,自信水平越高,人际困扰越少;自信清晰度在自信与人际困扰之间起着部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的40.83%.To explore the relationship between self-confidence and interpersonal disturbances and the mediating effect of self-confidence clarity,315 undergraduates were investigated by the general self-confidence questionnaire,the self-confidence clarity questionnaire and the interpersonal relationship integrated diagnosis questionnaire.The results showed that self-confidence was in a significant negative correlation with interpersonal disturbances;in other words,the more self-confidence,the less interpersonal disturbances.The effect of self-confidence on interpersonal disturbances was partially mediated by the clarity,and the mediating effect made up 40.83% of the total effect.
