中药科研与产业的问题及对策

摘　　要：本文探讨了中国临近加入 ＷＴＯ的中药界所面临的形势和任务，指出目前中药科研与开发存在的问题：１．产业政策；２．病证错位及疗效指标；３．中药质量；４．低水平重复；５．多方联合攻关；６．科研及产业投资，并对上述问题进行了细致分析，提出了新形势下发展中药科研与产业的５项建议。Based on a review of the situation and task the traditional Chinese pharmaceutical researchers and industrialists are faced with on the eve of entering into the WTO, it is pointed out in the paper that there exist presently six problems concerning the research and development of CMM: (l) industrial policies, (2) illusive manifestation of diseases and pharmacodynamic indexes, (3) quality of Chinese medicinal preparations, (4) repetition of research and development at low levels, (5)tackling a single key problem at the cost of many departments and (6) investment in scientific research and industrial production. Through careful analyses of the above-cited problems the paper puts forward five suggestions for scientific research and industrial production of CMM under the new situation.
