摘　　要：目的：通过使用湿润烧伤膏（以下简称MEBO）纱布条填塞引流，观察肛周脓肿切开引流术后的临床效果。方法：对35例肛周脓肿患者行脓肿切开排脓后，采用MEBO纱布条填塞脓腔引流换药治疗。结果：35例患者经过换药5—6次后切开的创口均I期愈合，未见复发及肛瘘发生。结论：MEBO纱布填塞引流治疗肛周脓肿效果显著，值得临床推广。objective through the use of MEBO （hereinafter referred to as MEBO） article gauze filling the drainage, anus week abscess observed the clinical effect of postoperative incision and drainage. Methods of 35 patients anus week abscess patients do cut row after the abscess sepsis, the article MEBO gauze vomica change medicine treatment filling drainage. The result 35 patients after changeover 5--slx times the wounds are cut I healing, without recurrence and anal happen. Conclusion MEBO gauze filling the anus week abscess drainage treatment effect significantly, worth clinical pro- motion.
