摘　　要：目的调查江苏代谢综合征(MS)的流行情况。方法整群随机抽样问卷调查体检行OGTT血脂检查等。结果 (1)江苏省MS患病率按国际糖尿病联想(IDF)标准经2000年全国人口标化后为19.94%,男14.69%,女20.78%;按中华医学会糖尿病学分会(CDS)标准标化后总患病率为15.41%,男19.56%,女12.21%(2)IDF标准农村MS患病率23.08%,城市23.24%;CDS标准农村18.85%,城市17.88%;(3)两种标准下MS者BMI、空腹及OGTT 2hPG、血压、TG均高于非MS者。结论江苏省MS患病率较高已成为影响人民健康的公共卫生问题,应加强防治力度。Objective To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome （MS） in a resident sample aged over 20 years in Jiangsu province. Methods A cross over sectional and cluster sampling was carried out in residents living in Jiangsu province. The investigations including questionnaire,physical examination, 75g oral glucose-tolerance test and determination of blood lipids were done according to the MS diagnostic criteria of International Diabetes Federation （IDF） and China Diabetes Society （CDS）. Results （1）. The prevalence of MS according to IDF criteria was 19.94~ in total, 14. 69~ in male and 20. 78~ in female. It was 15.41~ in total, 19.56~ in male and 12.21~ in female, according to CDS criteria. （2）. The prevalence of MS according to IDF criteria was 23.08% in rural area and 23.24% in city. It was 18.85~ in rural area and 17.88~ in city according to CDS criteria. （3）. Under the two criteria, the BMI, fasting and 2 hour plasma glucose levels, blood pressure, and triglyceride were all higher among MS individuals than those without MS. Conclusion The prevalence of MS in the population over 20 years of age in Jiangsu Province is high and has become a public health problem requiring urgent attention for prevention and treatment.
