利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖2型糖尿病1例

摘　　要：一男性患者诊断为T2DM、肥胖症、高血压、混合型高脂血症,给予利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗3个月,治疗前后体重、糖脂代谢指标进行比较,提示联合使用二甲双胍和利拉鲁肽可有效降糖,减轻体重,减少低血糖,改善血脂、血压等心血管危险因素。A male patient, diagnosed as type 2 diabetes, obesity, hypertension and dyslipidemia, received the combined treatment of liraglutide and metformin. The changes of clinical data between pre- treatment and post-treatment showed that liraglutide could improve glucose control and decrease the body weight with low rates of hypoglycemia It also had the unique advantages for prevention,of cardiovascular disease.
