摘　　要：文章以西大滩洗煤厂铁路专用线调车绞车系统的改造为背景,分析了改造过程中的方案确定,并介绍了所采用的方案;以具体的改造措施为重点,介绍了调车绞车系统改造相应配套工程;对其所具有的经济、技术、社会和环境效益进行了分析。实践结果表明改造完成的新系统完全满足牵引能力的需求,并具有显著的技术经济效益。Take the winch system transformation of rail dedicated line shunting in Xidatan Coal Cleaning Plant for background, analyses the plan determination in transformation process and introduces the used plan. With focus on the detailed transformation, expounds the corresponding auxiliary projects of winch system of shunting and makes a analysis of economic, technical, social and environment benefit. The practice shows that the new reformed system can meet the needs of traction and has obviously technical and economic benefit.
