摘　　要：枣子沟金矿床是西秦岭西段近年来勘查发现的大型金矿床之一。从成矿地质背景、矿床地质特征等入手,分析了矿床的控矿因素,总结了找矿标志。研究表明,该矿床受地层、岩性、构造及岩浆岩等因素的制约,矿床属中低温同生沉积、变质改造及岩浆热液叠加的多成因矿床。Zaozigou gold deposit is among the large scale gold deposits found through explorations in west part of western Qinling range. The ore-controlling factors of the deposit are analyzed from aspects of geological metallogenic settings and geological features, and accordingly, the prospecting criteria are summarized. Researches show that thedeposit is controlled by strata, lithology, structures and magmatic rocks, etc. , and the deposit belongs to a polygenic gold deposit affected by low temperature synsediment, metamorphic alteration and magmatic hydrothermal fluids.
