高速BOPP薄膜专用树脂L5D98的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：在广西石化Unipol气相聚丙烯工艺装置上,通过严格控制原料杂质含量,优化催化剂配比、反应器床层料位、露点温差等各项工艺参数,成功地进行了高速BOPP薄膜专用树脂L5D98的工业化生产。对不同批次样品进行了熔体流动速率、熔流比、等规度、二甲苯可溶物含量、差示扫描量热(DSC)和热分级等分析。结果表明:广西石化生产L5D98产品时工艺控制稳定,各批次样品的各项指标间的平行性较好,产品质量合格且波动较小,能够满足下游客户的加工需要。The BOPP film specialty resin of grade L5D98 were produced industrially by PetroChina Guangxi Petrochemical Company according to controlling impurity content of material, bed level of reactor, dew-point temperature difference of reactor, optimizing ratio of catalyst systems and so on. The properties of different batches LSD98 resin, such as melting flow rate （MFR）, MFR ratio, isotacticity, xylene solubility and crystallinity were analyzed. The results indicated that on one hand, the process were stable in control, on the other hand, the properties were no great differences between different batches LSD98 samples thus productions were able to meet the processing requirement of downstream customers.
