“中宁小枣”组培快繁技术研究

摘　　要：以宁夏"中宁小枣"种仁为外植体,进行了愈伤组织、不定芽诱导、分化、生根试验研究。结果表明:MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 1.0mg/L为最适合种子萌芽诱导的培养基;MS+KT 2.0mg/L+IBA 1.0mg/L+GA31.0mg/L为最佳试管苗分化的培养基;IBA和NAA能明显促进难繁植物生根反应,1/2MS+IBA 0.8mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L为最适合试管苗生根培养基。Taking Ziziphus jujuba acinus as explants, the induction of the buds, differentiation, taking roots and transplants were studied. The results showed that MS＋6-BA 1.0 rng/L＋NAA 1.0 mg/L was the most suitable medium for the induction of adventitious buds. MS＋KT 2. 0 mg/L＋IBA 1.0 mg/L＋GA31. 0 mg/L was the most suitablemedium for differentiation. IBA and NAA promoted root formation, 1/2M＋IBA 0. 8 mg/L＋NAA 0. 2 mg/L was the most suitable condition for inducing roots.
