摘　　要：目的重构数字化医院信息模型,创新理论体系,指导数字化医院向智能型医院发展建设。方法分析我国数字化医院在理论和实际发展过程中存在的主要问题,系统阐述数字化医院信息模型构建的目标和模式。结果提出了以现有的医院业务系统为基础进一步构建以主索引和数据中心为支撑的智能型数字化医院理论体系,实现临床诊疗和管理决策的智能化。结论创新了理论体系,对于我国数字化医院发展建设具有重要的理论价值和指导意义。Objective Reconstruct the digital hospital information model system of innovation theory, to guide development and construction from digital hospital to intelligent hospital. Methods Analyzed the main problems of China digital hospital in the theoretical and practical development process, systematically explained the objectives and mode of the digital hospital information model construction. Results This paper presents a theoretical system, namely, further constructing the existing hospital business systems based on the main index and data center support to inteUigent digital, which realizes the intelligent clinical diagnosis and management. Conclusion Innovation of the theoretical system has important theoretical value and significance for China development and construction of the digital hospital.
