摘　　要：本文的目的是创建一套科学系统的方法来帮助决策者完成放疗设备的优化配置,并以瓦里安的TrueBeam放疗设备与Acurray的螺旋断层治疗设备Hi Art为实例,详细介绍该方法的实际运用。以利于放疗单位选购的放疗设备达到配置最优化、最能符合本单位的实际需求。The purpose of this paper is to establish a systemic and scientific method to assist the managers to finish optimal allocation of radiotherapy device. In this paper, we also demonstrated application details of this method by making TrueBeam radiotherapy device of Varian and Hi Art helical tomotherapy treatment device of Accuray as examples. By this way, radiotherapy device purchased could realize optimal allocation and meet the actual demands of their unit.
