摘　　要：本文结合我院在骨科耗材管理领域的成功创新成果,探讨如何基于供应链管理理念,建立一套骨科植入耗材全程监管信息化管理系统,通过条码和信息技术的结合对各环节实现信息化实时动态跟踪,促进物资流、资金流和信息流的整合,并实现对医用耗材科学、有效地全程监控与管理,为不断提高医疗安全质量管理水平提供充分的保障。Combining with the successful innovation achievements of orthopedic medical consumables management in our hospital, this paper discusses how to establish an entire intbrmation management system of orthopedic consumables. Through combination of the bar code and information technology, it realizes the real-time dynamic information dynamic tracking and promotes the integration of material flow, capital flow and information flow, also realizes scientific and effective medical consumables management, and provides adequate protection to continuously improve the level of medical safety and quality management.
