摘　　要：本文详细阐述了基于卫星和基于军队综合信息网的远程视频会议会诊系统开展的远程会诊和远程教学,并通过这两种方式保障驻地军民的健康,提升自身的发展。This paper detailedly elaborates the teleconsultation and remote teaching which are based on satellite and remote video consultation system. Through these two methods not only can kcep local military and civilian healthy, but also can improve their own development.
