摘　　要：在对佛山市图书馆"项目立馆"办馆理念及其所带来的内部管理模式变革进行阐释的基础上,分析了这种变革在图书馆业务发展、员工个人发展以及图书馆服务对象等方面的创新意义,最后提出了实施项目管理的有效途径。Based on the discussion on the concept of ＂Running Library with Projects＂ in Foshan Library and the resulting revolution in the internal management mode, this paper analyzes the creative significance of such revolution on library development, personal business development and library service objects, and finally puts forward effective ways in implementing project management.
