摘　　要：阐述了项目管理在佛山市图书馆的推行和实施进程,分析了"项目立馆"的实施成效,并对图书馆项目管理在组织模式和制度建设、监管力度、考核及激励机制等诸多方面的改进完善进行了思考。This paper expounds the promotion and implementation process of project management in Foshan Li- brary, analyzes the implementation effect of ＂Running Library with Projects＂, and puts forward some thoughts on the improvement of library project management in many aspects, such as organization model and system construction, supervising strength, performance evaluation and motivation system, and so on.
