摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对消化性溃疡住院患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2009年10月至2011年9月我院收治的消化性溃疡患者100例作为研究对象，其中50例患者为住院患者作为病房组，进行护理干预，另50例患者为门诊患者作为门诊组，对2组在治疗前后采用生活质量问卷进行生活质量的测评，并对结果进行比较。结果干预后病房组患者生活质量问卷得分范围在5—7分的患者例数明显多于门诊组。结论对消化性溃疡患者采取适当的护理干预可对其生活质量及疾病的治疗效果产生显著的改善作用。Objective To investigate influence of nursing intervention on quality of life of hospital- ized patients with peptic ulcer. Methods 100 cases of peptic ulcer patients from October 2009 to September 2011 were chosen as the object. 50 patients of hospitalized patients were defined as the ward group, and 50 cases of patients in outpatient were defined as the outpatient group. The life quality ques- tionnaire was adopted to evaluate life quality before and after treatment between two groups. Results Af- ter intervention, number of patients whose score ranged 5-7 grades were more in the ward group than those in the outpatient group. Conclusions Nursing intervention for patients with peptic ulcer has significant effect on life quality and treatment effect of them.
