电液比例阀在Krauss摩擦试验机改造中的应用研究

摘　　要：阐述了一台Krauss摩擦试验机的改造方案,根据技术要求设计了采用电液比例减压阀进行反馈控制的制动加载压力调节系统,以及采用工控机和PLC搭建的试验机测控系统。This paper expounds the modification solution of a wear material tester of Krauss. According the technical requirements, to realized feedback and control of the brake loading pressure regulation system by using electro-hydraulic proportional decompression value, and constructed a measurement and control system based on industrial personal computer and PLC.
