糖皮质激素类药物的临床应用探究

摘　　要：目的研究糖皮质激素类药物在临床实践中的应用。方法通过笔者的临床经验,总结出糖皮质激素类药物在临床中用的不合理之处,并对他们进行详细的总结。结果常见的糖皮质激素类药物不合理运用在于常用作退热药,抗生素以及镇痛药等,除此之外其还常备误用作局部治疗以及输液后的不良反应。笔者认为使用糖皮质激素类药物时应注意以下几点:①全面掌握糖皮质激素类药物的临床适应证;②制订糖皮质激素合理用药方案;③对长时间应用糖皮质激素类药物的患者进行随访及监测。结论正确、合理地应用糖皮质激素,确保糖皮质激素类药物的合理应用,提高临床治疗效果。Objective Studying in the clinical application of glucocorticoid drugs. Methods Through clinical experience, author summed up the unreasonableness of the glucocorticoid drugs used in hospital, and summarized them in detail. Results The common unreasonable application of glucocorticoid drugs are listed as following： incorrectly used in antipyretics, antibiotics and analgesics. Besides, it mistakenly used as the drugs curing the adverse reactions after local therapy and transfusion. The author think that usage of glucocorticoid drugs should note the following： QComplete control of the clinical indications of the glucocorticoid drugs; （2）Formulating a reasonable regimen of the glucocorticoid; （3）Monitoring the patients with long glucocorticoids drugs. Conclusion Doctors should pay attention to the correct usage of glucocorticoids to ensure the reasonable application of glucocorticoid drugs and improve clinical outcomes.
