药物保守治疗与手术保守治疗异位妊娠120例疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨药物保守治疗与手术保守治疗异位妊娠(EP)的疗效比较。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2011年6月在我院住院确诊为EP中符合入选条件的患者120例,分为A组(手术保守组)69例和B组(药物保守组)51例,对比两组的持续EP、重复EP、宫内妊娠发生率。结果血β-HCG恢复正常所需时间:A组14.22d、B组21.26d;平均住院时间A组5d、B组14.36d,经统计学处理,两组差异有高度显著性(P均<0.01)。而两组治疗成功率、持续EP发生率、宫内妊娠率、重复EP率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种方法治疗EP效果相当,可根据患者情况、生育要求、生理条件、听取患者及家属意见个体化选择,提高患者的满意度。Objective To study the drug therapy conservative treatment with surgery ectopic pregnancy （EP） the curative effect of the comparison. Results Blood beta HCG resume normal needed time： group A 14.22 d, group B 21.26 d; The mean hospital stay group A 5 d, group B 14.36 d, after statistics processing, two groups of difference have highly significant （P〈0.01）. And the two groups of treatment success rate, continuous EP incidence, palace pregnancy rate, repeat EP rate quite, there were no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The method to treat EP effect quite, can according to the conditions of patients, birth requirements, physical condition, listen to the patient and family to opinion individual choice, improve patient satisfaction.
