摘　　要：目的建立测定补肾助孕胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用以乙腈-水(26∶74)为流动相;检测波长为270nm;柱温40℃;流速1.0mL/min。结果淫羊藿苷在0.0952～0.9616μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),平均加样回收率为100.9%(n=6),RSD=2.42%。结论该方法简便易行,结果准确可靠。Objective To establish a method for HPLC determination of icariin in Bushenzhuyun capsule. Methods The condition for HPLC was C18. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -water（26 ： 74）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was 40℃. The detecting wavelength was at 270 nm. Results The method was linear at the range of 0.0952-0.9616μg（r=0.9994）. The average recovery rate was 100.9% with RSD 2.42% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable.
