老年高血压患者的健康相关生存质量状况及相关因素调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查老年高血压患者健康相关生存质量状况及相关危险因素。方法 2011年11月至2011年12月,我们对我院住院的300例老年高血压患者进行了调查,同时对危险因素进行了多因素分析。结果本组老人的生理领域、心理领域、社会关系及总分分别为(42.12±6.25)、(50.78±10.21)、(58.62±8.12)和(44.12±6.25)分,120例生存质量不佳,占40.0%。血脂水平、伴发慢性疾病、血压分级、午睡习惯、文化程度是老年高血压患者健康相关生存质量的危险因素。结论老年高血压患者健康相关生存质量状况一般,其影响生存质量的因素多为血脂水平、伴发慢性疾病、血压分级、午睡习惯和文化程度,为此要针对以上因素加强预防与医院管理。Objective To investigate the health related quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension and related risk factors. Methods In 2011 November to 2011 December, we to my hospitaol of 360 old patients with hypertension were investigated, and the risk factors were analyzed with factor analysis. Results In this group of elderly physiological field, psychological field, social relations and total score were 42.12~6.25, 50.78~10.21, 58.62~8.12 and 44.12~6.25, 120 cases of poor quality of life, 33.3%. Serum lipid levels, accompanied With chronic disease, blood pressure, siesta habit, culture degree of health related quality of life in elderly patients with essential hypertension risk factors. Conclusion Elderly hypertensive patients health related quality of life in general, its influence factors of the quality of life for the lipid levels, accompanied with chronic disease, blood pressure, siesta habit and culture degree, therefore in view of the above factors strengthening the prevention and management of community.
