闭合复位空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折40例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨采用空心钉内固定的方法治疗股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法选择40例患有股骨颈骨折的患者进行空心钉内固定手术,术后对断端愈合情况、股骨头坏死发生率和髋关节功能恢复的情况给予评估。结果有32例患者的断端愈合,愈合时间是4～5个月。有2例患者的断端未愈合,有6例患者在断端愈合后2年内发生股骨头坏死。结论采用空心钉内固定方法治疗股骨颈骨折有治愈率高、功能恢复好、伤害小、并发症发生率低、易于操作等优点,值得临床上推广。Objective To investigate the clinical results of cannulated screw fixed method of treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods 40 patients with femoral neck fracture patients cannulated screw fixation, postoperative stump healing, to give assessment of femoral head necrosis rate and the recovery of hip function. ResnRs 32 cases the patient＇s stump healing, healing time is four to five months. Two cases the patient＇s stump did not heal in six patients in the healing of the stump of femoral head necrosis in 2 years. Conclusion The eannulated screw fixation for femoral neck fractures have a high cure rate, good functional recovery, injuries, low complication rate, easy operation, etc., it is worth clinical practice.
