原位缝合打包治疗手指末节远端离断伤—附33例报道

摘　　要：目的探讨一种手指末梢离断伤原位缝合加压打包的治疗方法。方法自2006年7月至2011年9月,对33例手指末梢离断伤患者,采用清创后原位缝合离断组织或同侧腕部游离皮片移植,术后加压打包,12～14d拆除缝线,观察治疗效果。结果 32例患指末梢均一期愈合,一例腕部游离皮片移植出现小部分边缘坏死,换药后愈合。经随访3～12个月,手指外观及两点辨别觉恢复良好,无二期残端修整,无指甲畸形。结论手指末梢离断伤清创原位缝合加压打包是治疗末梢离断伤的一种简单而有效的方法。Objective To proverb a finger ending mutilation treatment with suture in situ plus press package. Methods From July 2006 to September 2011, 33 cases of finger ending mutilation were treated with suture in situ or free flap transplant plus press package, after 12-14 days, dermal sutures out to observe the efficacy. Results 32 cases were primary healing. One case with free flap had a minor margin necrosis and healed by change dressing. A period of three months to one year＇s follow-up showed that the appearance of fingers was excellent and the two point discrimination was good. There were no deformed fingernails. Conclusions The finger ending mutilation treatment with suture in situ plus press package is simple and effective.
