摘　　要：文章从高职学生应具备的职业能力出发，从能源动力类企业招聘需求的角度，分析出能源动力类高职学生就业应具备的能力框架，构建出能力评价体系和能源动力类高职学生的能力评价指标，可作为指导教学内容、教学方式改革的依据。Article proceeding from the professional ability of the students in higher vocational colleges, from the point of view of energy and power company recruitment needs, analyse energy power vocational competency framework for student employment, build ability evaluation system and the energy and power evaluation index of high vocational students, could serve as a basis for guiding the reform of teaching content and teaching.
