摘　　要：目的建立外用洗剂的质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别处方中的大黄、苦参、黄芩、黄柏。结论所建立的薄层色谱鉴别及微生物限度检查方法专属性强,重复性好,可用于外用洗剂的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality criteria of Xiji for external use. Methods The Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Radix Scutellariae and Cortex Pheilodendri in formula of Xiji for external use were identified by TLC method. Conclusion The method of thin-layer chromatography and microbial limit test is well specificity and reproducibility;it may use to control quality in Xiji for external use.
