血清可溶性E-选择素、超敏C-反应蛋白、血尿酸与急性心肌梗死的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的观察急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者治疗前后血清可溶性E-选择素、超敏C-反应蛋白、血尿酸水平的变化及相关性。方法选择72例AMI患者作为病例组(AMI组),同时选择42名健康体检者作为对照组,观察对照组及AMI组治疗前及治疗7d、4周时的SES、hs-CRP、UA水平并进行相关分析。结果治疗前,AMI组血清SES、hs-CRP、UA水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.01),治疗7d后,AMI组各因子水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),随访4周,AMI组SES、hs-CRP、UA水平继续降低,但仍高于对照组(P<0.01)。SES、hs-CRP、UA两两之间均呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论炎症因子SES、hs-CRP、UA水平的增加与AMI的发生密切相关,而通过抑制机体的炎症反应,降低炎症因子表达水平,有可能降低冠心病患者发生心血管不良事件的风险,从而降低AMI的发病率,改善患者预后。Objective To observe the changes of serum soluble E-selectin, high sensitivity C-reactive protein, uric acid in acute myocardial infarction（AMI） patients before and after treatment. Methods 72 patients with AMI, as the case group, and selected 42 healthy subjects served as control group. Observed and compared the SES, hs-CRP and UA before the treatment and 7 days and 4 weeks after treatment. And the correlation of the three indicators were analyzed. Results Before treatment, SES, hs-CRP, UA level in AMI group was significantly increased（P〈0.01）, and after treatment of 7d, each factor＇s level was significantly lower than before treatment in AMI group（P〈0.01）. Then follow-up 4 weeks, in AMI group, the levels of SES, hs-CRP, UA continued to lower but still higher than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. Any two of SES, hs-CRP, UA showed a significant positive correlation（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The levels of SES, hs-CRP and UA may be related with the occurrence of AMI, by inhibiting the body＇s inflammatory response, reducing the level of expression of inflammatory cytokines, maybe reduce risk of cardiovascular adverse events in patients with coronary heart disease, thereby reducing the AMI incidence and improving patients＇ prognosis.
