摘  要:提出了一种基于数字化虚拟电机闭环控制的半实物仿真测试平台。为了更精确地模拟内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)宽调速、高转矩的运行特性,基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA),构建一种考虑电感饱和效应的IPMSM硬件在环(HIL)数字化电机仿真平台。利用有限元计算及Verilog语言编程,建立IPMSM及逆变器模型,整个系统的仿真步长为1μs,逼近真实工况。控制器方面使用与Simulink无缝连接的快速控制原型,对数字化电机采用传统的最大转矩电流比(MTPA)与弱磁控制相结合的控制策略。得到了数字化电机闭环控制的试验波形,讨论了电感饱和效应对传统定参数模型控制效果的影响,体现了这种半实物仿真测试平台作为一种测试控制器算法的可行性和优越性。A semi-physical simulation platform on a closed-loop control of digital motor drives was presented. In order to reach an accurate simulation of IPMSM operating characteristics of wide-speed, high torque, a field programmable gate array(FPGA) was used to build an IPMSM model considering the inductor saturation effects, which is a hardware in the loop digital motor drive simulation platform. Finite element analysis(FEA) and Verilog are used to model the IPMSM and inverter, the system simulation step is 1 I^s so that it can close to the real condition. A rapid control prototype (RCP) , which is seamless connected to MATLAB/Simulink, was used as a controller, with the strategies of maximum torque current ratio(MTPA) combined with flux-weakening. The test result of the digital motor was obtained. By comparison, the inductance saturation effects were showed under control strategies based on traditional fixed-parameter model, which proved the effectiveness and feasibility of the HIL semiphysical simulation system as an equipment to test the controller algorithm.
