我院687例门诊患儿布拉氏酵母菌散剂处方分析

摘　　要：目的了解布拉氏酵母菌散剂在该院门诊患儿中的应用情况。方法抽查该院2011年9～11月门诊患儿含布拉氏酵母菌散剂处方共687张,统计分析布拉氏酵母菌散剂的临床应用及联合用药情况。结果 687张处方中,男女之比为1.8:1;以婴幼儿(<3岁)居多;临床诊断分布中,以肠炎、消化不良为主;用法用量:<1岁患儿以"0.125g,每天2次"为主,1～3岁患儿以"0.25g,每天2次"为主;联合用药处方533张,占总处方数的77.58%,联用药物以调节水、电解质及酸碱平衡药物、止泻药及抗生素为主。结论该院布拉氏酵母菌散剂主要用于婴幼儿,其临床应用尚存在不合理之处,用法用量需加以明确,联合用药方面基本合理、规范。Objective To analyze the use of saccharomyces boulardii sachets in our hospital paediatric outpatient.Methods 687 saccharomyces boulardii sachets prescriptions of our hospital paediatric outpatient were selected from September to November 2011 and statistically analyzed with respect to the clinical use and combination situation.Results In the 687 prescriptions,the ratio of male to female was 1.8：1;infant（〈3 year old） were the mostly outpatients ;and the most of them were enteritis and dyspepsia in the clinical diagnosis distribution of children.Usage and Dosage：＂0.125g every times,twice a day＂ was main for infant（〈1 year old）,and ＂0.25g every times,twice a day＂ was main for infant（1~3 year old）.533 prescriptions for combination,which accounted for 77.58% of total prescriptions.Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii sachets were mainly used for infants in our hospital outpatient,the clinical applications of which exists some irrationalities,and dosage needs to be clear,but the combination was basically reasonable and normative.
