摘　　要：目的对自制复方丹参输卵管灌注液中枯矾的含量进行测定。方法用EDTA络合滴定法对枯矾进行定量分析。结果 3批样品中含量均大于0.5mg/ml,平均回收率为98.16%,RSD为0.21%。结论本法操作简便,重复性好,能有效地控制本品的质量。Objective To determine the contents of dried alum in self-made compound danshen tubal perfusate.Methods The contents of dried alum were determined by EDTA-2Na complexometric titration.Results The content of three batches of samples dried alum is more than 0.5 mg/ml.The average recovery rate was 98.16% with the RSD of 0.21%.Conclusion This method was simple,reproducible,and can control the quality of medicine efficiently.
