摘　　要：建筑行业对BT模式的认识还处在摸索阶段，存在诸多疑问。例如，如何区分BT模式与垫资工程总承包？BT模式有几种运作方式，存在哪些风险？面对这些风险，施工企业应如何防范？为此，记者专访了上海协力律师事务所高级合伙人周兰萍律师。The building enterprises are still at the exploration stage to the knowledge of BT mode,and a number of questions have been raised,e.g.,how to distinguish between BT mode and prepaid project contracting? How many operating models the BT mode has and what are existing risks? How should the construction enterprises prevent and face these risks?
