摘　　要：近年来，作为最有潜力、最有希望的朝阳产业，建筑节能行业在我国的发展势头强劲。然而，中国建筑节能协会会长郑坤生却指出了当前建筑节能市场的两大问题——建筑节能人才素质偏低和建筑节能产品良莠不齐。在政府和行业、企业间发挥桥梁作用的中国建筑节能协会应通过教育培训、产品检测、节能建筑评价、业内评比表彰、加强国际合作交流等举措，稳步推进整个行业的健康发展。In recent years,as the most potential,most promising sunrise industry,the energy-efficient building has developed robustly in China.However,According to Zheng Kunsheng,president of CABEE,there are two big problems in the current building energy efficiency market-unqualified professional and spotty product quality.CABEE playing a role of bridge between the government,industry and enterprises should take such measures as education and training,product testing,building energy-efficient evaluation,industrial appraisal and praise,as well as strengthening international cooperation and exchanges,to steadily promote the healthy development of the whole industry.
