三元结构剪切差对入射点连续可调的平行分束偏光镜设计

摘  要:为了节省稀有的冰洲石晶体材料,并实现剪切差对入射点的连续可调,采用冰洲石与光学玻璃组合的方法,设计了一种新型平行分束偏光镜。该棱镜是在ZBaF3玻璃中间夹冰洲石晶体薄片的三元结构,并用溴代萘胶合;选择合适的结构角,令电矢量振动方向相互垂直的两束偏振光在不同端面平行出射。实验测试表明,棱镜的e光透射比高于70%,o光透射比高于85%,消光比优于10-3。该设计在大大节省冰洲石晶体的前提下,不仅保持了良好的性能,而且还实现了剪切差对入射点的连续可调,给使用带来了巨大的便利,具有良好的应用前景。In order to save the rare iceland and adjust shear difference continuously on incidence point, a new type of parallel beam splitter combined of iceland and glass is designed. The prism is made of ZBaF3 glass, between which is iceland. The glue is bromonaphthalene. Selecting the suitable structure angles, two polarized beam whose directions of electric vector are orthogonal can escape from different windows in parallel The experiments indicate that the transmittance of o light is more than 85%, that of e light is more than 70%, and the extinction ratio is better than 10-3. On the premise of saving iceland greatly, the prism not only keeps good performance, but also brings great convenience to use by the adjustability of shear difference. Therefore, the design has good prospects.
