摘　　要：在综合分析影响遥测数据质量诸因素的基础上,构建了基于TOPSIS方法的遥测数据质量评估模型,给出了具体的实现方法和步骤,并针对试验任务进行了计算和分析,结果表明该方法能够提高遥测数据处理精度,缩短数据处理时间,具有良好的应用价值。Based on the significant of telemetry data quality assessment, the comprehensive discussion of influence factor of telemetry data quality evaluation was briefly introduced. The quality assessment model of telemetry data based on TOPSIS was constructed, the realization mothod and applicable step were discussed detailedly. Analyzing and computing of the method in test mission were presented. The results show that the method can improve the precision and reduce time of the telemetry data process.
