摘　　要：暂缓就业毕业生党支部是在我国高等教育改革背景下出现的一种新型党支部。建设学习型暂缓就业毕业生党支部是中国共产党建设学习型党组织的重要内容,需要认真学习马克思主义理论,从完善学习制度、创新教育载体等方面全力保障,并时刻注重理论与实践相结合。CPC Branch of postponing-employing graduates is a new type of branch under the background of China＇s higher education reform. Building these branches with learning-orientation is an important part of CPC＇s development of such organizations. It is essential to study Marxist Theory earnestly with full guarantee by perfecting the learning system and innovating education carriers, while integrating theory with practice.
