摘　　要：高校辅导员在执业过程中,由于职业具有的政治性、教育性、服务性、管理性、直接性、基层性和复杂性等特点,使其不可避免地陷入伦理悖境、角色悖境、工作生活悖境、职责情感悖境和抓思想与管事务悖境,同时也面临新的伦理悖境的挑战。寻求可能的解构路向,有利于辅导员工作脱离困境。The profession of college counselors has the features of polities, education, service, management and directness at a grass-root level with complexity. Due to these, in the course of their practice, they inevitably get involved in paradoxes of ethics, role, work and life, responsibility and emotion as well as supervising ideas and managing issues, while facing the challenge of new ethical paradoxes. Finding a feasible direction for a solution is beneficial for their work to win through.
