摘　　要：DC-CIK细胞免疫治疗为近年来肿瘤过继性免疫治疗研究的热点,已进入临床研究阶段,发挥了良好的抗肿瘤作用。在医学伦理审查的监督下,一些潜在的伦理问题也逐步暴露。坚持基本伦理原则,能够有效指导和解决临床应用中的问题,保护患者的权益。] DC - CIK cellular immunotherapy, one of hot research topics on tumor adoptive immunotherapy in recent years, has been implemented in the clinical research, and played a good anti -tumor effect. However, with the supervision of medical ethics review, some potential ethical problems were gradually exposed. To obey bas- ic ethical principles, problems in clinical research could be effectively guided and solved, and with which patients＇ benefits could be ensured.
