摘　　要：聚焦新形势下部队官兵健康需求新变化,以积极解决疗养保障中共性矛盾为主要任务,努力提高服务质量,实现优质服务保障长效机制。Focusing on the change of solders＇ health needs under the new situation, the author proposed to solve the main contradiction in the recuperative service, and improve the service quality and establish the guarantee mechanism to ensure the service of high quality.
