完善为部队服务的护理训练保障机制探讨

摘　　要：目的提高军队医院护士为部队服务意识和能力。方法定期到基层部队过军事日,亲身体验,换位思考,强化为兵服务意识;开展训练伤常见病防护训练和多元模式战伤救护技能岗位练兵,提高护士对基层部队保驾护航的能力;定期组织住院官兵问卷调查,提高护理服务针对性和有效性;建立《军人健康维护卡》,建立随访登记制度,设立健康咨询热线,提供咨询服务平台,把护理服务延伸至部队基层,创新为兵服务新模式,提升医院保障基层部队的能力。结果护士为部队服务意识明显提高,基层部队官兵服务满意度由原来的94.0%提高至97.6%。结论加强为兵服务意识培养,拓宽护理服务训练模式和内容,完善护理服务保障机制,能提高护士为部队服务质量。Objective To improve service awareness and abilities of military hospital nurses. Methods Set up regular military day for nurses to visit basis level forces to help the nurses to experience the real situation of providing service to the forces, and lead them to feel the service task in another way, develop training courses both for usual injury and sickness protection and multi -mode war wounded service skills, organize a regular question- naire for military officers and soldiers to improve nursing services effectiveness, create a ＂Soldiers Healthy Maintain Card＂ and build up a visit registration system, set up a healthy enquiry hot - line, provide a consulting services platform to extend the nursing services for the basic level forces, reform service mode to enhance the support ability of the hospital. Results Nurses＇awareness of serving for the military has been improved evidently. The satisfaction rate of basic level troop has increased from 94% to 97.6%. Conclusion Strengthen the service awareness for sol- diers, extend the training pattern and content, perfect support system of nursing service can enhance service quality of nurse for the army.
