军队医院体检中心应急流程的实施及效果

摘　　要：目的研究通过做好体检中心的应急流程,保障体检者人身安全,提高体检服务质量。方法通过完善体检中心应急组织,配备应急物品及设施,制定各类疾病应急流程等措施,保障体检者人身安全。结果实施应急流程后,中心共发生意外风险事件20例,经及时处置,均未造成严重后果,受检者对体检中心所实施的应急处置表示满意。结论做好军队医院体检中心的应急流程,可提高安全度、服务质量以及医院的效益。Objective To explore how to ensure the safety and improve service quality of physical exami- nation through implementing emergency procedures. Methods We established an emergency organization, pre- pared emergency supplies and facilities, and implemented emergency procedures of various types of diseases, so as to ensure the personal safety of physical examination. Results Total 20 accidental events occurred in the physical examination center since emergency procedures had been implemented, such as acupuncture syncope （14 cases）, hypoglycemic reaction （4 cases）, but serious consequences was not appeared through timely treatments, the satisfac- tion degree was improved significantly. Conclusion Through implementing emergency procedures at the physical examination center in the military hospital, we can improve the safety and service quality, and economic benefits.
