摘　　要：目的探讨"五次核查"制度在手术室安全管理中的应用效果。方法将"五次核查"制度用于手术室护理管理流程,使手术室查对过程更加程序化、规范化。结果应用此流程对手术患者进行查对,提高手术室护士的查对意识,较好地防避因查对不严造成的护理差错事故。结论应用"五次核查"制度进行查对,有效杜绝护理缺陷及差错的发生,提高护理质量,保证护理安全。Objective To explore the effects of quintic verification system applied in safety management of operating room. Methods Quintic verification system was used in nursing management of operation room, which has standardized and programmed the checking process of operation room. Results Application of quintic verifica- tion system in the checking process of operation patients can improve the check consciousness of nurses in operation room, prevent the nursing mistakes and accidents caused by lax. Conclusion Application of quintic verification system can eliminate the nursing defects and errors effectively, improve the quality of care and ensure the nursing safety.
